Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern the sale of personalised digital astrology reports on astronela.com by DYN SERVICES UK LTD ("Astronela"). Placing an order means accepting these terms.

2. The service

A report includes your complete birth chart and a forecast over 1, 3 or 5 years in the chosen area(s) (career and money, love and relationships). Positions are calculated by an astronomical engine; the texts are written by artificial intelligence from those calculations.

The report is offered for personal reflection and entertainment. It is neither a certain prediction nor professional advice.

3. Your details

You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you enter (date, time, place). An inaccurate time can change the Rising sign and houses. If you do not know your birth time, the report adapts accordingly.

4. Prices and payment

Prices include taxes, in the currency shown. Payment is a one-off, with no subscription, processed by Stripe. The order is confirmed on receipt of payment.

5. Delivery

The report is calculated and written after payment, within 10 minutes in the vast majority of cases. It is made available on a personal link and sent to the email address provided. Please check your spam folder.

6. Right of withdrawal

The report is digital content supplied immediately. In accordance with regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (and article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), you expressly request immediate supply when ordering and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once it is delivered.

7. Complaints

If your report is not delivered or has a technical defect (incomplete or unreadable), contact us at contact@astronela.com: we will regenerate it free of charge or, failing that, refund you. A mistake in the birth details you entered can be corrected once, free of charge, within 7 days of ordering.

8. Liability

Astronela undertakes to provide a report matching its description. Given the symbolic nature of astrology, Astronela cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the report. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
