Data collected and purposes

Free calculation: date, time and place of birth, used only for the immediate calculation and not stored.

Order: first name, last name, date, time and place of birth, email address. Used to calculate, write and deliver your report, and to send you at most three follow-up emails (reading tips, related offers), which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Payment: processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Statistics: an anonymous page-view counter (page, language, country), with no cookie and no personal data.

Legal basis

Performance of the contract (your order), and our legitimate interest for follow-up emails related to your purchase and for anonymous statistics.

Processors

Stripe (payment), Anthropic (report writing: receives your calculated birth data, without your name or email address), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (storage, European Union). Some are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum.

Retention

Your report and order data are kept for 3 years so you can access it again, then deleted. Billing data is kept for the legally required period.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. Write to contact@astronela.com. You may also complain to the ICO (UK) or your local data protection authority.

Cookies

Astronela uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Only elements strictly necessary for the site to work may be used (for example your sound preference). No consent banner is therefore needed.
